We have launched in Europe!

For almost twenty years, D&H has been made exclusively in the UK. But then Brexit happened. And all our friends and customers in continental Europe struggled easily to purchase our handmade leather dog collars. 

If you try to buy anything from the UK now, you'll know how tricky it can get with inflated courier prices, surprise charges for VAT, as well as additional so-called 'brokerage fees' for the courier to collect that VAT.

Earlier this year (2025), we therefore decided to 'adapt' to the changing political and financial landscape. We have set up a dedicated workshop/distribution centre on the continent. 

So you can now purchase from Dogs & Horses Europe without the worry of customs and delays and surprise charges.

This website (the one you are currently visiting) is exclusively therefore for the making and sending of our products within the European Union. IF you are outside of the EU, please visit dogsandhorses.co.uk instead - which continues to handle all UK and other International orders.

MOST of the products are identical to the items we make in the UK. That is, same leather and metal fittings. BUT there are a few differences. Specifically, for example, our ROLLED soft leather lead which is a new design and a longer length. As of going LIVE with our new Europe website, we are not able to offer harnesses - but these will be coming shortly.
